A table game was designed and produced in order to foster and improve occupational orientation ready to be used by educators, coaches, job orienteer, employment agencies, etc.
Thanks to gamification elements, the users (VET students, secondary and HEI students, and youth) are able to go out of their comfort zone and sp pushed to discover their own occupational
direction.
It is composed of a Box containing cardboard physical objects designed to foster occupational orientation and with detailed instructions about more effective use.
The new methodology developed, tested, adapted, and implemented by the partners is based on the power of gamification.
